Non-Personalized Products: We accept returns for most non-personalized items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking these items. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Personalized Products: Due to their custom nature, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or listing errors. Please carefully proofread all personalized details before submitting your order to avoid any issues.
How to Initiate a Return

In the email, please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and a contact number so we can resolve things as quickly as possible.
